It’s that time again, as April ends and we prep for May, I somewhat feel I am in the middle of a war where I have won the battle of April and am on the the next which is May. In the distance is June where summer break is here and our schedule opens back up again, and this mama can relax by the pool! It’s totally not weird that I am comparing evening dinnertime to war, right!??!?! LOL.
There are some months where I look back and think I have failed and we lived off of good intentions and chicken minis. April went pretty smoothly. I think as I continue to plan in advance, the easier it gets to put dinner on the table made from home. May is a doozy though, so I better not get ahead of myself.
Our favorite recipe from the April Meal Plan, that is FOR SURE the chicken ranch tacos. SO GOOD.
For May I knew I wanted to add in a lot of meals that could be made on the grill. The outdoor grill is the best weapon (I seriously don’t know what is up with all the war puns today…lol) to a clean kitchen without a ton of work!
