Coming up with a wishlist for myself each holiday season can be difficult. But each year I try to give my husband some idea of a few things I would like for Christmas. I would be totally ok not exchanging gifts, but he is a gift giver and LOVES giving gifts on Christmas morning.
Today I thought I would share the things I have on my wishlist for 2019, but also some of my favorite gifts over the years.

Airpod Case – I love my AirPods, but shortly after receiving them as a gift, I knew I needed a case for them. It’s something I just never think to pickup so putting them on my Christmas list is perfect.
Robe – I thought a few weeks ago about how nice it would be to have a robe that is a bit heavier for the winter. I prefer a short robe, and I love the light gray color on this one.
Rachel Ray Pan – While our set of pots and pans is holding up so well, we need to replace our oversized pan. As you will see below, one of my favorite things to receive as a gift is items for my kitchen.
Lenox – Receiving Lenox Holiday Dishes each year is one of my favorite things. I love this deviled egg plate so much!
Cookbooks – Again, something I look forward to each year. Any cookbook that can help simplify dinnertime each day is helpful to me!
Travel Mug – I have a ton of water bottles I love, but I am still in search for a bottle to take to work to keep a drink warm.
Jewelry – I am so minimal when it comes to jewelry, but I do realize it does make an outfit more complete. Inexpensive pieces are a good place to start, because it isn’t a huge commitment.
Travel Steamer – I hate to iron, but with work wear it is almost a necessity. I am hoping a simple steamer will be the solution to save me time in the mornings.

Above are my best of the best. gifts I have gotten and LOVED. As you can see, most are things that go in the kitchen. A personalized cutting board last Christmas was a gift I have loved each and every day. My mixer is something I never wanted to pull the trigger on, and my husband knew I would love. The slow cooker is kind of a cheat pick because I did purchase that before the holidays, but have enjoyed it even more thank I thought! And the Apple TV is something I purchased for my husband, but our entire family has loved!
What are some of your favorite gifts you have been given? Do you prefer receiving splurge items or more practical things? I love gifts that are practical and make my everyday life a bit easier.
