The time is finally here! School is out and I have had some time to setup my new planner. The Erin Condren Life Planner has been a staple in my life for a VERY long time. This year I am using the Hourly Neutral Version of the Planner. You can find the Planner HERE. To see the entire process watch the video at the end of this post.

For the Year at a glance I mark all the important school information for the kids. I used washi tape which is from a Krissyanne Designs line from Michaels craft stores. You can use transparent stickers to mark the days off, or keep it simple with a highlighter. I used mildliners and they worked great!

This spread is intended to be 12 boxes that can be used for a variety of things. I used the left page for monthly reminders (car registration, renewals, etc. ) and the right page for gift ideas.

Here is where things get interesting. If you want a full rundown check out the video, but essentially I am using the monthly note page for July as a master packing list for travel, and then I cut the pocket folder and moved it to serve as a divider where the planner begins.

Now we are in the back of the book. The first few lined pages are all about meal planning. My best tips and strategies, meal ideas, and also a master meal plan and shopping list.

I’ve kept my cleaning routines to a minimum lately, it’s more of a get it done when I can, but having it written out is still helpful for when I am trying to stick to the schedule. Also I have a weekly reset which helps me prepare for a week ahead.

On the final pages I have sectioned off for home projects and also a place for travel info. Lastly, a place ready for the next school year to jot down important info for each child and contact info for the schools/teachers. To finish out the book I have a snap in pouch that holds stamps, cash, stickers, and my perpetual calendar.
❤️ this! So much inspiration!
