From Stay At Home Mom To A New Kind Of Housewife

January 2018 Meal Plan

With a new year I am returning with the promised January Meal Plan.

I am sticking with the format started last year, and providing a handwritten PDF if you want a printable, but also all the links to recipes are listed below.  I have a board on PINTEREST that all the recipes are in as well.  I am looking forward to sharing meal plans for the upcoming month, but also continuing this throughout the year.

I don’t know why anyone would ever say anything about what you are feeding your family. I think all the recipes look and sound good. Set an extra place for me. I don’t know which one to pick. They all sound delicious.

I love your meal plans!! I recently tried the Cheesy Taco Pasta and the crock pot taquitos and they have instantly became a family favorite. They are both really good!
I would like to try the homemade hamburger helper as well as the turkey ranch club and the chicken bacon ranch quesadillas.

Thanks for posting this! I am very much looking forward to using your menu as inspiration and the recipe links are great. I printed off the Stromboli, steak bites, fish, taquitos and chicken parm rollups to work into my menu this week. I appreciate that they are fairly easy to make as cooking is my least favorite part of being a SAHM. Here’s to a productive New Year!

I made the turkey ranch club wraps last night and they were so simple yet so good! I have the chicken bacon quesadillas on my menu but have to travel to next to two towns over to get chicken breast since local store didn’t get any in on Friday.

I tried your chicken pot pie after you posted a video on it… we loved it! When I went to the source of that recipe- I also tried her goulash recipe. It was so easy, made a ton and loved by all who ate it!

I think I might try the steak bites this month out of love ❤️ for my husband. 😊
